If you wish to return a Pay Monthly phone plese contact Vodafone on 1907. If your reason for returning your phone is due to your changing your mind the returned phones will be sent to the Vodafone Quality Department for testing. If the phone has been used for sending or receiving phone calls, text messages or picture messages the return will not be accepted and the phone will be returned to you within 14 working days.

Returns in less than 7 days

Changed your mind? No problem - as long as you haven't used your phone, you can return it to Vodafone to get a full refund. You need to do this within seven working days of receipt of the phone. This in in accordance with the Distance Selling regulations.

Returns in less than 28 days

If you phone becomes faulty within the first 28 days, you are entitled to a replacement phone or a refund.

Returns after 28 days

If your phone becomes faulty after 28 days but within the warranty time period for the phone, please call 1907 to speak to a Customer Service Representative.
