If you need to set up your dial up connection manually, please follow the instructions below:
Click on Start, and click on Control Panel.
Click on Network and Internet Connections.
Click on "Network Connections".
Click on "Create a New Connection".
The New Connection Wizard will Start, Click on Next.
Select "Connect to the Internet" and click Next.
Select "Set up my connection manually" and click Next.
Select "Connect using a dial-up modem" and click Next.
Type in Perlico as the ISP Name and click Next.
Type in 1890946683 as the Phone Number, and click Next.
Type in Perlico as the User Name.
Type in Perlico as the Password.
Type in Perlico as the Confirm Password.
Click Next
Select "Add a shortcut to this connection to my dsktop", and clickFinish .
Click Dial, This should now allow you to connect to the Internet.
