How do I connect to a Perlico Home Phone Package?

Simply sign up online. This transfer will take up to 10 working days, and you service will then go live with Perlico.

How will I know when my service has been moved to Perlico?

You can check who your current service provider is by dialling 19800 at any time, free of charge. The message "Your telephone service is currently being provided by Perlico" will confirm that you have been transferred to Perlico.

Will there be any changes to my service when I move to Perlico?

There are no changes to your service - this is our guarantee to you. You get to keep your existing number and continue to dial as normal. The only difference you will see if great savings on your phone bill. Any additional services on your line, such as call waiting, will also be transferred to your Perlico account.

How often will I receive a bill from Perlico?

You will receive a monthly bill from Perlico, which can be viewed online at http://www.perlico.com/myaccount.

Will I still receive my social welfare allowance with Perlico?

The first bill you receive from Perlico may have a line rental charge. Because the line rental is paid in advance your social welfare credit for this month may have already been given to your previous supplier. You will therefore have to pay Perlico for the line rental, for this first month, however you will receive a credit for this from your previous supplier. On future Perlico bills you will receive your social welfare credit, as normal.

What's the catch? All these Perlico savings sound too good to be true.

Absolutely! We are now Ireland's number one alternative to Eircom. We guarantee you that if you are not 100% satisfied with the Perlico savings and service, you may switch back to your existing telecom provider at any time.

Is there a limit on the free local and national calls I can dial with Freetalk Anytime?

You are free to make unlimited local and national calls any time of the day, any day of the week. The maximum call duration if 59 minutes. After this time calls will be charged at Perlico's low home-phone rates. If you would like to continue your call for free, simply hang up and redial before the 59 minutes are up.
